Adrian Toscano brings to his clients his years of experience in real estate development and project
management. Born in Amatlan de Canas, a picturesque Nayaret mountain pueblo located East of the
Puerto Vallarta/ Punta Meta, Adrian moved to San Francisco California, where he continued his
education and became a U. S. citizen. Adrian and his partner, Larry Stebbins worked, as owners in the
development of a large independent real estate brokerage in San Francisco. In his experience with both
the Mexican and U. S. real estate industry, he is able to guide his clients through what to many is the
intimidating process of buying or selling a home in Mexico.
